2004 Arctic Winter Games
The systems were once again used for the 2004 Arctic Winter Games in beautiful Wood Buffalo, Canada, where the host organization supported the administration of 5,000 volunteers and 2,200 participants competing in 20 different sports. Both the Wood Buffalo Host Society and KIMIK iT put a lot of effort into the enhancement of the systems. Most significantly the systems were turned into a totally generic application hence being adaptable to facilitate most any kind of major games and events.
