The 2014 Halloween Edition of our GEMS.pro User Community brought together some familiar and new faces. Welcoming representatives from the 2015 Canada Winter Games, the 2015 Western Canada Summer Games, the 2016 Arctic Winter Games, Sport Manitoba, and certainly not least Saskatchewan Games Council - we had a lot to discuss!

We often find that managing the volunteer workforce for a set of Games can be a daunting and somewhat scary task. This GPUC focused on putting to rest any of the fear associated with planning for, assigning and scheduling volunteer shifts. We also displayed and demonstrated some of the new system features associated with workforce management – features that now make the job even easier in GEMS.pro. With lots of great synergy and feedback, we were glad to have had the opportunity to connect this amazing group of people.
