Participant registration
Any individual attending the games as part of a mission is considered a participant. This means that participant
registration includes athletes, coaches and chaperones as well as the mission staff.
Participant registration is done by the missions over the internet.
The page is divided into 4 sections

General information
This section contains the demographic information such as name, address, phones, e-mail, gender, date of
birth, mission, participant type (e.g. athlete, coach, chaperone, chef de mission, etc).

Sport
This section contains information about participation. For coaches and chaperones the indication is a sport.
For athletes the indication is a sport and a category (e.g. junior male).

Medical information
In this section various medical information about the participant can be entered.
- Emergency contact information
- Family physician information

Personal medical information such as health care number, medical plan, current medical problems,
significant medical history, current medication, family medical history, recent injuries, medical
aids (e.g. contact lenses, eye glasses, orthopedic braces etc).
- Dentist information
- Eyewear information
- Eye care provider
- Dietary considerations
The medical information will be available to the medical staff in case of an incident during the games.

In this section various biographical information about the participant can be entered.
- Height and weight
- Normal team and position
- Previous games experience and results
- Goals for the games
- Other information of interest to the public/media
The biographical information will be available to the public from the game plans and results pages.
