Participant administration

When processing the participants the systems offer various tools.

• Extracts
  The systems contain various extracts from the database that can be made either as comma separated files or Excel spreadsheets. These extracts can be used by the missions to verify who is registered as part of the mission.

• Doubles
  The systems can produce a list of participant registrations where the combination of first name, last name, date of birth appear more than once. This list can be used to find participants that are registered more than once.

• Pictures
  The systems can produce a thumbnail view of the pictures uploaded to the systems by the missions. This can be used to se which participants have not yet had a picture uploaded or have a picture uploaded not suitable for the systems.
