Accommodating participant

The systems include a tool to assist in the accommodation of participants.

When accommodation is to be made a search page is used to find participants on basis of gender, mission, participant type, sport. The search can also exclude already accommodated participants so that the list only shows participants not yet accommodated. When a group of participants who are to be accommodated together has been found these participants can then be assigned to one or more rooms in the dormitories available to the games.

The systems keep track of the beds and secures that a room cannot be occupied by more participants than the number of beds.

The selected accommodation will be printed on each participant's id card.

The systems can produce lists showing who has been accommodated to what rooms. This list can be made on dormitory basis or for one room only.
